Once people are tired or fragile, they wish to have a place to relax or hide them from others. It normally refers to a home. As a home always let people feel at ease and warm, it is said to be like an umbrella.

Home is the best and first choice for us when we are facing trouble or difficulties. We turn to our family for help and seek confidence from it. People all know the differences between a home and a house. A home is like a shelter, standing up against the bumps and setbacks in our lives. Even it is raining hard outside, we can feel warm inside a home.

Another choice is our friends. Except for the family members, friends are the closest people in the world for us. They know our likes and hates. They can infer our mood by simply listening to our voices or seeing a little expression change on our faces. They also know when they should be careful to talk about something or someone because it is the scar in our hearts. They give us confidence and support when we are weak and not strong enough. It is always sweet to turn to your true friends to get some help or even the belief to live on.

The third choice is transferring our attention to our hobbies. If you like gardening, you can walk to your garden and talk to your plants or flowers. Or you can trim them which will give you great fun and thus reduce your pressure. If you like reading, you can lie on your bed or sit in a chair, drinking a cup of coffee or tea, reading your favorite book and listening to the music. If you have any other interests, make use of it.

The last one is that people can go to the internet and ask for suggestions from other people. Sometimes we do not want to talk or share something with our relatives or intimates; we can always seek help from the unknown people online. This works especially when the people online who read the story have had the same experience as us. They will know what the exact feeling we have and advice us how can we feel better or get out of this trash. It is very nice and helpful.

If we are caught by a rain, we need an umbrella. If we are stuck, we need help from others. Turn to our families or friends or even those strangers online for help, we will go through it.
