A Way Forward For The Unhappy Worker

It seems that perhaps four out of five people are unhappy with their lot

. Although this is not a scientifically generated estimate, I believe it is not too wide of the mark. Many with whom I am in contact, claim to be unhappy about many things which impact their lives. The taxation system, the government, individuals who don't pull their weight, the healthcare system, changing standards, prices, the behaviour of the young. I am sure you can readily expand this list and have contact with some who are unhappy about their job, although you may be thinking it is no bad thing still to have one.In my experience many claim to want freedom and choice, but their actions don't often seem to bear this out. Many even say they intensely dislike their jobs, but feel locked in because of economic necessity. It appears also that a number have been so programmed they have an inbuilt need to be told what to do. Left to their own devices they often flounder and are intensely indecisive in taking necessary action to promote change.It is well known that many books are not read beyond the first chapter, some have their dustcover read, but are otherwise set aside for a time that never comes. Many like to dream about making changes, talk about it, even read a little. All too often, the plan disintegrates when it comes to the 'doing stage'. Why should this be? Perhaps the most likely reason is that the head was not right, the mindset wrong.Regrettably many make their way through life with what can best be defined as a failure complex. They are convinced at a fundamental level many things are impossible. They demonstrate considerable mental agility by developing a long list of reasons why something won't work, why it shouldn't work, why you are rather silly to believe it might work. In fact they can probably cite examples, real or imaginary to support their point of view.It seems some of these difficulties have transferred to internet activity. It has been claimed that many information products purchased via the internet are rarely completely absorbed. Many income opportunities are discarded after a period of unstructured activity. Why should this be so when the need was so real?It seems that any offer of 'easy to earn' income is likely to be considered suspect. Although many internet processes can be time saving, readily uncover necessary information,automate some activities, facilitate contact with a wider audience,reduce communication cost and generally reduce workload, a suspicion appears to still lurk in the minds of many, who haven't completely bought into the changes of the internet revolution.Nowhere is this more in evidence than in the extra income business area.If a program promises fast return for modest effort it must be illegal. Anything which works so well must be suspect. Life isn't like that.(and those who hold such a negative attitude tend to have the lifestyle to prove it!) Not to want to make money faster and easier is to deny progress.The internet offers quite outstanding potential for those who are open minded, actively seek opportunity, are willing to master new skills, prepared to be guided and rid themselves of those limiting beliefs.I have a leaning toward programs with an educational component. A number have contributions from famous authors, business authorities, personal development advisors and other recognized experts.More millionaires are being created at an earlier age than ever before. The internet is the place where 21st century gold rush is taking place, where business is flourishing while traditional business struggles. Where do you think you should be?
