Starting from the US border is the Tijuana Country Club established in 1948, and just 20 minutes away from the border is Real del Mar which is considered as the gem of Baja golf. There are newly built golf courses like the Baja Country Club that has a challenging 12 acre lake to conquer and the Paraiso del Mar located in Magote that is amazingly built on a sandbar and currently has 12 holes.
