C. a fruit of any kind

D. 250ml sugar-free bean milk

E. 250ml sugar-free bean milk

F. a fruit of any kind

Dinner: (18:0019:00)

400ml sugar-free yoghourt + one fruit of any kind

Note: the sequence number from A to E are one to one correspondingly. Drink as much water as possible during the day. During the diet, you need eat with little grease and sugar-free and much sport. Go to bed before 23:00 every night.

Weekends:

A. carrot + cabbage + celery + bean curd + spinach + tomato, boil a big pot of soup, drink it when you feel hungry, eat no other food.

B. adzuki bean + tremella (adzuki bean 200g, tremella 40g), boil a big pot of soup, eat it when you feel hungry.

Note: during the diet, you couldn't eat anything after 7:00 in the evening. During other time, don't starving yourself, arrange the three meal and snacks properly.
