Hello my name is Mihail Krikunov and I'm going to talk to you about why it is esspecially effective to train in the morning .

1st Part. Enchancing the appetite .

Yes, it is a well known fact that training in the morning increases the appetite and helps burn away all those bad callories esspecially after having a healthy breakfast and a good night sleep. After the exercise it jump starts your metabolism and keeps it elevated for hours, sometimes up to 24 hours! That means you're burning more callories than if you were spending a couple of hours in bed after waking up . The right way to do it is have a nice light breakfast to obtain the needed energy have some liquids (preferably water of fruit juice) and start your exercise early in the morning .After this the body will start wanting exactly what it needs - healthy carbs and protein ! Never forget post workout meal which should be rich in fast proteins ! Don't want that workout to go to waste ! This is important mostly for the men out there who want to turn that fat mass into muscle mass.

2nd part. Strength and speed !

Having alot of energy means that you are more powerfull than more that half of the people you will encounter on the streets every day ! The best way to start each day is with a nice stretch routine , why not a whole body programm ? It's been proven that working out in the morning is more than 60% more effective than working out mid day or in the evening . Which means that changes will appear much faster .

3rd part. Mood influence .

Even if your week is filled with bad experiences it's all a matter of comfort to abolish these negative feelings ! And nothing gives comfort more than a training start of the day and a nice meal . People who beggin their day with a work out are 70% happier and less grouchy than those who don't . I for one don't feel good at all most of the time when I miss a morning workout in fact if I do miss it and work out let's in the afternoon that's when my whole day starts ! So why wait untill the afternoon to feel perky and great , why not start with that feeling and keep it going all day ? Statistics also say that people who have a bad mood don't sleep well at night ... The truth is that people who don't sleep well at night have a worse mood than when they have a nice rest at night . Well , this issue gets also taken care of once you start training in the morning since it increases the need to hit the bed early and have a 10 hour "hibernation sequence" to bring that body to a full muscle recovery the next day .

4th part. Mental Stability.


The increased inhale in the morning and the callorie burning are none other than what you need to clear all your thoughts and have a better memory , concentration and reflexes all day! Try it and you will definetly agree !

5th part. Man potency !

Since the morning workout increases the metabolism it also keeps you at a good blood preasure all day. High blood preasure is ussualy the problem with men who have ED (Erectile Disfunction) .
