In the first place, they will think that they are competing against each other, but after a while, they will realize that they are actually having only half of the puzzle pieces they need and will need to work together in order to complete it. It is important that the teams will not ask any help from their manager, for this will not deem the experiment as a very successful one. Working together and making people realize that doing so they will be able to solve many things, is something very important in a corporation.

These are really fun games and they will certainly improve the productivity in the corporation or institution they will be employed, and people will be able to come up with faster solutions to problems that they were dealing with at work.
