A university Student's Undergraduate Program and its Functions
Studying process is one of the most interesting and exciting periods in one's lifetime
. In most cases and in most universities a student is given a brochure with names of the disciplines. Most universities and institutions of higher education make their students share the same Core-Curriculum requirements first two years.
The General Chronological Survey of a university student's life is provided below.
1.The first few years are generally fun. However they are scary at some point as one meets new people and finds his/her way around the University they study in. It usually takes short period of time to settle in and by the end of your first term you basically know everyone. Some people attending fancy private schools are also concerned with not being able to cope with the tasks they are given and later on about being kicked out. Also it takes whole lot of time and effort for some individuals to discipline themselves.
2.Third year some students may spend abroad if they are willing to. Different universities have programs for exchange study and for sharing experience. These trips are exciting though some people have occasional moments of homesickness that are simply called nostalgia. Despite this fact some students don't want to go back home since they have met interesting friends abroad.
3.The final year is the most stressful one. The whole year students spend studying for their classes and trying to do the best they can. Their effort contributes pretty much to the grades they earn in their degree.
University education ends up with a graduation ceremony. A month after all the events surrounding exams and ceremony students return to the University for shaking hands with their professors, Vice-Chancellor and are declared graduates. This helps them in making good friends with the people they'll be working pretty soon in the future.
