The performance of the HD 5830 is midway between that of an HD 5770 and an HD 5850
, and yet its price isn't. Perhaps partner cards can sweeten the deal with excellent cooling, over clocking wizardry or generous bundles, but we'll wait until we see those cards before getting out our credit cards.
