Aarti Chhabria is a Bollywood actress and former model
. She has acted in Bollywood films as well as Telugu and Kannada films. Aarti Chhabria was born in Mumbai on 21st November 1982. Her parents are Ashok Chhabria, a wellknown dentist and Sunita Chhabria, a designer of curtains and pelmets. She has a younger brother Abhishek, who is studying to be a dentist.
Aarti had been modeling for commercials since she was 3 years old. She was the Farex baby. Aarti has appeared in more than 200 advertisements of products like Maggi noodles, Pepsodent toothpaste, Clean and Clear facewash, Amul frost stick ice cream, Lml trendy scooter, Krack cream and many more.
Aarti has also won the Miss India Worldwide in 2000. Aarti has appeared in many music videos. She was seen in Sukhwinder Singh Nasha Hi Nasha and Adnan Sami Roothe Hue Hai Kyun. Aarti chhabria made her acting debut in bollywood with a cameo in lajja (2001). She played danny denzongpa daughter.
Aarti first fullfledged role was in tumse achcha kaun hai (2002). The film hero was nakul kapoor. The film also starred kim sharma,rati agnihotri, ali asgar and dalip tahil. Her next film in 2002 was awara pagal deewana, directed by vikram bhatt. She was paired opposite akshay kumar.
In 2003, Aarti was seen in RAJA BHAIYA. She was paired opposite Govinda. She plays a girl with amnesia.
In 2004, aarti was seen in ab tumhare hawale watan saathiyo, directed by anil sharma. The film was a multistarrer and the star cast included amitabh bachchan, akshay kumar, bobby deol (in a dual role), divya khosla, sandali sinha, kapil sharma and nagma.
In 2005, she starred in ssukh. The film also stars jackie shroff, govinda, prem chopra, chunkey pandey,preeti jhangiani, avtar gill and gauri karekar. Her other film in 2005 was shaadi no 1. The film also starred sanjay dutt, fardeen khan, zayed khan, sharman joshi, ayesha takia, soha ali khan, esha deol, riya sen, sophia chaudhary, satish shah and rajpal yadav. It was directed by david dhawan. The film was not successful at the box office.
In 2006, aarti chhabria was seen in teesri aankh: the hidden camera. The film was directed by harry baweja. It revolved around the misery of women who are captured on hidden cameras without their knowledge. The film also starred sunny deol, ameesha patel, neha dhupia and aashish chaudhary.
In 2007, aarti was seen as a bar dancer in shootout at lokhandwala. She was paired opposite tusshar kapoor. The film is based upon the 1991 lokhandwala complex shootout, a reallife gun battle between gangsters and mumbai police. The film was an average success. It also starred amitabh bachchan, sanjay dutt,vivek oberoi, suniel shetty, arbaaz khan, shabbir ahluwalia and rohit roy.
