Foods/Drinks you should include in you diet: fruits, vegetables, broccoli, eggs, fish, oatmeal, nuts, seeds, detox tea

2nd Part: Physical Activity

Physical activity can really help you in your way to stop acne. Because it helps cleansing and also helps you get relieved from stress which is considered of the main acne factors.

So you should start exercising regularly. You don't have to do extreme sports. Just jogging, walking, running, bicycle, yoga.

3rd Part: Everyday things you must do:

1. Drink much water (1-2 liters) 2. Do not touch your skin 3. Avoid getting stressed 4. Sleep at least 8 hours every day 5. Wash your face gently twice a day with a proper soap for acne
