food when going through the adolescent phase of life, as it increases thinking power and helps maintain a healthy body weight. Citrus fruits (orange, lemon, lime and grapefruit), kiwi, nectarines, mango, blackcurrants and drinks based on these fruits are some of the other vitamin C rich foods.
