. And if you talk to Affiliate marketers they will tell you that network marketing is a waste in time as well. It should come to no ones surprise that it is probably best to do some investigating for yourself and make your own decision.

First, I did try a few years ago to put some affiliate links on my web site and had no results. But lets examine further, my website was designed to market a house for sale and the only traffic to it was from Craigs List real estate for sale. So the people visiting the site were interested in only one thing, the house for sale. It is not very surprising then that no one was interested in my affiliate product. So the first thing would be to pick your product and then target the people most likely to be interested in buying that product.
Now, when you know who your most likely customers are just how do you reach them. Most marketers either set up a website or blog using titles that are searched for on google. Learning about key word phrasing will increase the chances of your blog ranking on the search engines and get you traffic. You see it does no good to have a blog or website if you have no traffic coming to it. If you do not have a website then it is very easy to set up a blog to sell your product on. One way to get traffic to your blog is to write articles like this and place a link back to your blog.
In addition to articles, pay per click advertising is a fast way to start earning money. To be honest, I am a little impatient and want to see some results right away. So far it seems to be working, well at least after one week in, I am earning some money. In affiliate sales marketing they teach you to drop a program if you have no results after a certain amount of exposure. What is good about this is you are not limited to just one type of product or service to promote. You don't mind staying in a program when you can actually see some results. But when you have spent weeks of your time to do a business and have seen absolutely no results then you have to ask yourself is this what I want to do?
By now, I hope you have decided not to base your decision solely on what I or someone else says. Do a little research, get your feet wet and try a few things to see what works. Don't expect to become a millionaire over night, take small steps learning and getting better as you go. There are people just like you and me out their making a lot of money.
