After-party Cleaning For Tenants

People living on rent love to have parties in their lodgings

. The place is not theirs, they don't care much if somebody breaks something, or if stains happen, and they have fun to the maximum. The thing is, though, that they have to clean after wild nights, just like normal people do. If they don't and if their landlords find the after-party mess, they are doomed to say good bye to their rental deposits and to search for a new place to live.

Some tenants prefer to call a professional tenancy cleaning company to clean their lodgings after parties, but with so high rental prices not everybody can afford professional cleaning services. The only way out of this situation is to clean on your own. Here are some tips on how to do it easier and faster:

* If some of your friends from the party has stayed in your place over the night ask him to help you clean. Two people clean a lot faster than one.

* First of all, de-clutter pick the junk into a garbage bag, empty the ash-trays, and take the rubbish outside. Don't leave it in, because it is a source of bad odours, especially if there are food and cigarette remains in it.

* Collect the dirty dishes and glasses and wash them. Don't leave them for later, because they will make your place smell like a dung-hill. If you have used plastic cups and plates, then throw them in the garbage.

* Now, when you've de-cluttered, open the windows to ventilate and grab the vacuum cleaner. Vacuum everywhere in the property where your guests have been. Pick up the cushions of the sofa and run the hoover there, too. Sometimes chips and other food bits fall between them. Tenancy cleaning specialists even recommend you to move the whole sofa and to vacuum under it, too. You might find all kinds of things there.

* Wipe the hard-wood and tile floors with a damp mop and a proper detergent, and polish the wooden pieces of furniture to which your guest have had access to at the party. This is obligatory, because there might be sticky alcohol and food stains, which will start smelling bad in future and attract a lot of dirt.

* If there are any carpet or upholstery stains, clean them, too, because they will also start smelling and attracting dust and dirt. Not to mention, that if they set too deep into the fabrics, you might not be able to clean them any more, and this will cost you your rental deposit once the time to move out comes.

* When you accomplish all these chores, close the windows and reward yourself with a nice rest.
