After the honeymoon
In preparation for your wedding, you work hard for the loss of weight or maintain your current weight
. Counting your calorie intake, watching the fat you eat, exercise to burn everthing you put in our mouth. The next thing you know, you've become a little obsessive with the idea of wedding weight loss. And once the honeymoon is over, you return to your old habits. Eventually gaining back all that weight, and then some.So what happens after the honeymoon? Do you forget all the new habits? Even the healthy ones? You do not want too. But you do not want to be dieting your whole life. What can you do?
Instead, why not take the healthy approach to wedding weight loss? There are ways that will not leave you feeling like you are depriving yourself: developing new life long habit, rather than a means to an end.
