With any method of quitting smoking the key is to really mean it. If you are just doing it reluctantly to please someone else you will not succeed. However, if you are determined, it does not have to be an agonizing process. You can use a physical product to help with the nicotine withdrawal symptoms and hypnosis to address the psychological addition. This should mean that you lose the cravings to smoke and give you the best chance to remain a non-smoker long term.
