Aim For Your Greater Goal With Clarity

At a business coaching session, my client told me I cant wait to go back to my office

and start using these techniques to build my sales strategy.

I asked, Well, what would be your main objective? She said, to buy a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution

Why do you want a CRM solution? I asked.

So I can achieve more sales, she replied.

"Why do you want more sales? I asked again.

Because I need the money to buy a larger office.

Why?

Because I want to have a call center to handle all clients marketing promotions.

Why?

Because it has been my dream to own a large office with a call center.

Good, I said.

Now you have identified what you SURELY want. Its a large office with a call centre. You dont really want a CRM solution. What you want is to own a large office!

So when you go back to your business start by putting in place all the actions that are aimed at achieving your GREATER GOAL - the large office. Let that goal manifest in any way. Be open to the diverse ways it could manifest it may not come through a new CRM solution or more sales only. You might win a long term lucrative contract that will allow you to get a bank loan quicker, or a new product or service that could generate huge profits. Be open to all possibilities."

Clarity in your business and personal goals is absolutely critical, and you must start with the end in mind. Most successful entrepreneurs have intense clarity of purpose. They clearly understand their core values. These are the principles they stand for above and beyond everything else.

If you dont strive to fulfill your greater purpose by focusing on what really matters, and avoiding the things that take you away from your greater aim, then without realizing it, you miss out on great opportunities. You may get trapped in roadblocks, unattained outcomes, or a poor financial condition.

Only when you find your lifes main mission, then no matter how bad things look now, you will be on your path to greatness. You find yourself tapping into your gut instinct, your intuition to comprehend what your purpose in life is. You then learn how to use your mind to create all manner of coincidences to propel you towards your ultimate greater goal.
