Air cooled chillers are a little different than water cooler chillers. In water cooled chillers, a unit is installed on the roof. For the evaporator purpose, tubes are installed that acts as heat exchanger. These chillers used external dry cooler for re-cooling. This system helps in effective cooling even in high temperature. High capacity compressors are used in these chillers for a better performance. Air cooled chillers are contain axial fan if installed in outdoor and radical fan if installed in indoors. Although the mechanism applied in both the chillers is quite different but both chillers prove to be effective in extreme heating conditions. But water cooled chillers are huge capacity chillers that are used in quite big areas whereas; air cooled chillers are not so huge and used for small areas. Both these chillers are obtained in different capacities therefore; in both the chillers you are provided an option of choosing the required one.
