The problem with this is that when a person passes out, he or she can go into coma and that person can die due to choking on vomit or asphyxiation as its medical term. When you notice someone who is not responsive, you should call for help right away or ask for a nurse advice if there are any in your location.

2. Hypothermia. You need to touch the skin of the person in order to know whether the skin is cold or clammy. You can also look for a bluish appearance in the person's body which is a sign of hypothermia.

3. Slow breathing. Another sign of alcohol poisoning is slow breathing. You should check the breathing of the person and make sure that he is breathing at least 8 times in one minute. There should be a small gap (around ten seconds) between each breath.

4. Seizure. Make sure that the person is in a safe place if he or she is shaking uncontrollably. Immediately ask for help such as a doctor's or a nurse advice. They can give you some first aid while waiting for the ambulance.
