Alienation from the Inside: Aliens in Our Society

We are sheer robots, mechanic productive machines. We are simple numbers in our societies on the impartial register of the state. We undergo the same life routine every day.

We live in rat race systems already programmed and already pre-planned.

Our purpose is to work for money so we can survive and if lucky insure our life security. In such a mechanical society we compete to gain more money and more possessions.

We live in the solitude of our independence. We are forced to be rats. Rats everywhere, in our houses, in the streets, in our jobs, in our caf houses. We live in solitude within the very nee of our family.

Modernity has destroyed our personal being. It has made us aliens in our societies and aliens in our families and aliens to ourselves.

Who are we but numbers on the state record. We are numbers in our work, easily replaced and easily dismissed. Why not, other robots are queuing up for our jobs, for our position, for our bread and butter. Animals living in jungle law but not humans. Machines fighting for survival in better conditions or worse ones.

The strong eats up the weak and the rich becomes richer and the poor becomes poorer.

We have lost our humanity and struggle for our modern acquisitions. We lost our love for one another and now we live in conflict and hatred.

Every one for himself and God is changed for money, for power, for position, for glory, for personal satisfaction.

We do not invoke the divine any more, for the state machine has replaced God, We do not invoke the love of God for the love of money and good life has replaced God. We do not aspire for God's mercy for the state is their to give no mercy.

It is this mechanic jungle that man has forsaken himself to the devil. The devil is our drive for satisfying our lusts and our worldly benefits. No other worldly benefits are sought. No favor of God the provider is sought.

We have turned our backs to God and then maybe God, as is most probable shall turn His back to us.

We became aliens to ourselves since we have abandoned the creator of ourselves. Only when we conform to God that we become ourselves. Only when we turn to God that we find harmony with ourselves.

A society is a coming togetherness of humans, or machines, or robots. A human society becomes human when it turns to God, to acknowledge God and to worship God.

When we abandon idols worship like money, possessions, lust of life that we become ourselves and alienation disappears.

We become human.
