The real problem with constipation is that it can keep you at bay and distract you from doing your daily work. Overall, this might affect one's productivity. What happens during constipation is the frequent use of the toilet to pass motion or defecate. When a person is constipated, he or she will have to rush for the toilet bowl as many as 6 times a day.

Funny but true, the true problem of constipation is that it can be abstract. This is because everyone has a different definition of regularity. This is the term often used when describing constipation. What is regularity? Regularity simply means having bowel movements. The truth is, everyone has their personal timings.

Some people might have bowel movements once a day and it is considered enough and healthy. For others, going to the toilet once every 3 days is fine. According to medical experts, they have said that bowel habits can fall in a range. This range describes the frequency of going to the toilet.

Believe it or not, constipation is often times brought up in an imaginary sense. This means that the person believes he is constipated. Therefore, this leads to the misconceived constipation, while actually there is no constipation problem at all in the first place.

The root of their belief is that they should at least go to the toilet once a day. The symptom of constipated people is that they feel stressed in the toilet. They also result in hard stools and often feel gassy or bloated. If you have sudden change in bowel habits, you should always seek out medical attention by referring to your doctor. Otherwise, if the problem is only occasional, then you do not need to do so.
