The accommodation property is also ISO22000 certified.

Honoring the spiritual heritage of the Buddhist kingdom, the hotel has built two in-house temples inside the building. One is on the second floor in the lobby. The temple located on the second floor has been constructed using 450 year old timber. Guests staying in the Raven suite in Zhiwa Ling enjoy the facility of the other temple in the hotel.
