. It constitutes 15 levels, 29 weapons and 15 characters. With all those levels, the game still has three different types through which it can be played. The three are campaign, death match and survival. In the first level your role is to defeat as many bosses as possible and after you are through you unlock more characters, levels and weapons. The death match section allows you to customize the entire setting in such a way that you even form your own team, rules and settings.

This level of Chaos faction acts as though it allows you a melee style bloodbath where your word is law. The final section that is Survival allows you to defeat as many enemies as possible before you submit your score to an online scoreboard. For navigation, arrow keys are the ones used to navigate the hero around while the Z key is used for attacking. Digit 1 and letter X are both used for advanced attacking. It can be played free online though it cannot be played by more than one person.

Even as you play it online, a save file is automatically created for you and it saves all the progress that you make. It is generally large sized and as such takes time to load and the featured sceneries are 2D such that each is different from the other as you ascend through the levels or change from one style of play to the other. Before you get to engage in any form of online play, you're required to provide your name. By simply sailing through the aforementioned stages and finally submitting your score to the online scoreboard, you get to achieve the final prize.

Chaos faction is one among the many war games that can be downloaded from the internet, either free of charge or through payment. Should you feel that the heat is too much when continuing the game, or alternatively have to handle something else on the side, just punch the space bar and the game is paused. All throughout the hostile stages, you are allowed a shield to enable you preserve life for the next stage. There are sequels to the first edition that was released in 2006. It is important to note that you can change the controls in the settings menu, as opposed to sticking to the ones that are provided. By pressing the down arrow key, you block your opponents' attacks.
