Picture the scene; one minute you are fine and breathing normally and the next you
are struggling to breathe and feeling dizzy with no real signs as to why. You could actually be suffering from an allergy to perfume and it could be the person sat right next to you on the train or at work that is causing your problem.
Believe it or not, perfume is the cause of many people's allergies and although making people all around you stop wearing perfume is a little too much to ask, there are ways in which you can deal with the situation.

You may find that many products for sensitive skin actually carry labels that state that they are perfume free so it is a good idea to try and buy these even though they may be slightly expensive. You do not want to be experiencing those symptoms again, do you?
Although there are different classifications of this allergy, for example those that are allergic when they come into contact, those that are allergic when they are airborne and many more, it is always a good idea to have this checked out for future reference with a medical professional to ensure that it is a perfume allergy that you actually have.
