The main aim of any educational institution is to prepare youth for professional activity and meeting the challenges of adults life. For this reason, alumni associations which maintain the contact with all the college graduates and follow their professional development and career growth are helpful for rating the effectiveness of the college programs. Collecting the stories of the alumnis success or failures, these self-governed bodies are helpful for developing the college reputation and making the appropriate corrections in the college programs if necessary.

The college reputation in its turn is important for attracting new talented applicants and further development of the educational institution. Activity of alumni associations is aimed at not only maintaining contact between graduates but for watching their professional and career growth and evaluating the effectiveness of the college programs at the same time. Alumni associations and public events organized by them present the college on the state level. The mission of alumni associations consists in creating the positive image of the educational institution and establishing this reputation.

3.Broadening the association database is important for making the results of the survey concerning the success of the college graduates more objective. Developing the college reputation is an opportunity to express ones gratitude to tutors and administration.
