The first thing that you should consider is your body weight. Are you at a healthy body weight? Your healthy body weight will vary according to your height and sex. The first thing that you should do is jump on the Internet and find a body mass index calculator. This will help you find if you have too much fat on your body for your height.

The next thing that you should think about when you are asking the question "Am I Healthy?" is your physical fitness level. If you are an adult ages 18 to about 35, you should be able to run about 1/2 mile at a mild pace without too much of a problem. If you're above the age of 35 but below the age of 55, you should probably be able to run almost 1/4 mile at a mild pace. If you find that you are having trouble climbing the stairs or walking long distances, then you may need to consider starting an exercise routine.

Another thing that you should think about is your physical appearance. Physical appearance is not the best way to answer the question "Am I Healthy?" but it is certainly a good way to gauge how you feel about your health. If you do not like what you see when you look in the mirror, then that should be reason enough for you to start trying to get healthy. If you do not feel like you are healthy, then you need to start eating a good diet and exercising regularly.
