Amazing Tech Support For Dell Computer
Hello Friends, I have a Dell PC at my home from two years
. I usually watch movies, play songs, enjoy games and surf Internet using my computer. Off lately I noticed that my computer was performing a bit slow and now it was taking a few extra seconds to take a command or start a program. I consulted a friend of mine. He then suggested me to reinstall my operating system. He said that this will make my computer work like before as unwanted stuff and other files and viruses, if any, would be removed.
I was quite convinced with the idea. I decided to get it done by my nephew who is 14 years old and seems to have some knowledge related with computers. I gave him the Windows Vista (32-Bit) install disc that came with my PC for this purpose.
Luckily he was able to do the complete set-up. Everything seemed to be fine and I got the desired results. My PC was working faster as it used to do earlier. But soon I discovered a new problem. When left on, after long breaks or in the morning when I would get up and use the PC, it started working very slow. Prior to this also I have left my PC on many a times while downloading a movie online or sometimes by mistake, but never faced such problem.
There were certain other problems like the mouse pointer not moving and then suddenly moving very fast as if gone out of control. However if I would restart the PC, it would work like before again. I was worried as I thought it might be a result of some virus or a malware. I did a scan using the antivirus software I had but it did not help. Then I searched for
Dell computer support online and found a link in the search results.
I followed the link and there I found a helpline number. I called on the number and some tech-expert took the call. I explained him the problem and he asked few details regarding my computer. I furnished him all the details as the tech-expert sounded genuine. He said that he will take some time to diagnose my PC. He put me on hold and after some time he was back. He told me that I should have used the
Dell recovery partition on the hard drive for the purpose of reinstalling the operating system as it would have reinstalled everything back to the original factory condition.
He further added that my problem was due to some missing
Dell support drivers. I asked him for the solution to this problem to which he said that I would be required to pay a minimal fee to get the problem fixed. I agreed for that and made the payment. After that he took some 20 odd minutes which was somehow annoying me but finally he was done with what he was doing and that particular problem of hang-ups after breaks was solved. These techies seem to be expert of their knowledge I must say.
