Amberley's Story - Lost 85 Pounds!

I have struggled with my weight for many years now

. I'm 5'2" and 33 yrs old. I was very athletic in high school, but I struggled with bulimia. I had the worst diet consisting of fast food 3x a day, 2L of pop everyday, and nothing but processed high fat foods were in my cabinets. I was also addicted to cigarettes and coffee.
