American Financial Solutions Achieves Iso 9001:2008 Certification

Bremerton, WA - As part of American Financial Solutions (AFS) Quality Management Program

, the Quality Management Team successfully achieved the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 certification for Quality Management Systems (QMS) in the practice area of financial education and credit, housing and bankruptcy counseling services.

To achieve certification, AFS:

Managed procedures to standardize and optimize all service planning and delivery processes for financial education, counseling and support services

Monitored current processes to ensure effectiveness

Kept adequate records of performance

Verified process outcomes for service defects

Regularly reviewed each process and the quality system itself for overall effectiveness

Facilitated continual improvement efforts

AFS has earned its industry-leading position by consistently providing high quality financial education programs, counseling and support services through their dedicated staff.
