Flipping websites online is one of the easiest ways to make a living by using the internet. People will pay big money on websites that are proven earners. Google AdSense is probably the easiest way to start earning money on a website with the least amount of work. All you have to do is get a trickle of traffic to the website and convert that traffic into clicks. Even newer websites can earn an easy $30 - $50 a month with the right research and strategy.
The key here is to put up a whole bunch of websites targeting very easy product related keywords. We are going after the low hanging fruit and not the gold at the end of the rainbow. The point is to find some websites that have the best chance of earning...fast.
If you want the fastest results in ranking your website on page 1 for their keywords, only buy domains that are the exact match of those keywords. If you are more patient, the domain should include the keywords but does not have to be exact. In time they will rank just as well but will take longer.
Once you see that a website is earning money, go ahead and build that website out a little bit by adding 5 to 10 pages of content. Continue to build back links and let it earn for a few months longer. At the end of 3 to 6 months of earning, you can then place that website on Flippa and auction it off.
The key to this whole process is to continually put up websites each week so you can earn from them through the auction process a few months down the road. What I do is keep the real big earners and auction off the smaller ones. Even if they make $20 a month you can turn around and sell these for a good $200 - $400. Imagine having 100 of these tiny earners that you can flip. You could sell one per day over 100 days and earn over $30k!
Keep in mind though that even though it is a simple process it does still require plenty of tedious work. You will be very busy each day with researching niches, producing content on site and off, and running various auctions. It is a great money earner though and one that is worth the sweat if you can stand the tediousness of the work involved.
