He struck gold in 1995, when a leading corporate organization approached Mr. Moravekar with an offer to buy his property in Lonavala. The land was sold at a stupendous profit and there was no looking back for him after that remarkable event. He acquired several hotels and resorts with the massive amount received from his Lonavala deal. In 1996, he launched a profitable scheme called Pancard Clubs and made luxurious hotel accommodations affordable for middle-class with it. Under this scheme, members could stay for seven days every year in any of his hotels. They were reimbursed the entire fee with an interest upon non-utilization of this scheme. This system proved to be a big success with people, resulting in huge memberships. In the same year, Mr. Moravekar acquired IT Microsystems Pvt Ltd. and turned it into a profit-making venture over a short span of time. Eventually, the hotels and resorts along with this newly acquired company were brought under one roof. The company came to be called Panoramic Universal Ltd and was listed on Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.

After owning considerable number of hotels and resorts in India, this able business leader turned his attention to the overseas markets. As a part of his expansion plans on foreign shores, a hotel in North Carolina was bought by Sudhir Moravekar in the year 2003. Later on, a resort and several inns in New York, Ohio, Syracuse and North Carolina were acquired. All these events have contributed towards the success of PUL and its owner. Today, this company is gradually spreading its wings overseas and have been constantly looking out for new opportunities. Mr. Moravekar has always valued his small, but steady victories which fuelled the forward progression of Panoramic Group. His passion for growth reflects in every step that he has taken over the years to turn all newly acquired properties into profitable businesses. His company is now well-prepared to take on bigger challenges of the future.
