. Of course although there are some various kinds we can't deny that the most popular are the classic boards and the brand new electronic ones which severely change the game play and the experience which you receive and learn from the game.

The introduction of dart boards respectively leads to the appearance of new darts with different forms and tips. It is perfectly normal that a steel tip won't be used when playing on an electronic board, because this may heavily and break it down. So instead of the sharp steel tips, the electronic boards are played with darts with a soft tip. Of course the use of such darts greatly changes the game play.

The electronic boards are much more used than the old bristle ones, because they surely make the game faster and decrease the need of constant cleaning up. And of course the results are much more accurate, because everything is calculated by a computer. This will remove the possibilities of different confrontations rising up when there is a dispute about the scores.

Many people think that electronic boards are way too expensive and there are partially write. However they are still a bit wrong due to the fact that the big electronic boards are really expensive, but there are many small models intended for home usage which can be easily bought at low prices. And when it comes to dart boards - size doesn't matter.

And even if the electronic dart boards are a big factor in the modern game, the old bristle ones are still widely used and they are mandatory in professional competitions. Of course due to the low price of the bristle boards they are still much more used for home usage. Their price is much smaller and the experience of the game is classical and enjoyable.

And although the electronic dart boards have a lot of bonuses they have one major problem - they are played with soft tip darts. This is a very big minus, because the soft tip darts easily break and this requires a lot of spare ones. Of course don't think that soft tip darts easily break. They will break only if they frequently fall on the ground and if you are a good player you will surely not allow that.
