Shaft kiln raw burning materials generally refer to the yellow ball, gluten meal, and yellow heart material and raw materials generated in low-temperature state. Generation of pulverized material is mainly due to the improper ingredients, uneven raw material ingredient, low rotary kiln calcination temperature, too high facao, poor cooling, excessive coal or uneven distribution of coal ash, causing the transformation of C2S to crystalline.
