, in life, lots of people know what to do, but few people actually do what they know. Knowing is not enough! You must take action.
We all have dreams that we would like to make happen. That is just the way it is. Say you know a person who does not have any dream at all and I am pretty sure that no one would believe you. Anyway, we all have dreams. The thing that not everyone has, however, is courage; the courage to pursue those very same dreams. So those people who have managed to catch up? I think they are worthy of recognition, don't you agree?
Many centuries have already passed. Hence, there have been many people who were and or currently living the dream. Of the many people (although when you compare it to the whole, people in these category are only a small faction), there is one person that I really idolized. I am talking about Andreas Roell.
Aside from being the president and SEO of the Geary Interactive, Roell is also a member of American Advertising Federations (AAFs) Board of Directors as well as the Chairman of a non-profit organization love.futbol and the co-founder of Prime Player. Other affiliations include Entrepreneurs Organization, the Southern California Venture Capital Community, the University Of San Diego School Of Business, Young Presidents Organization and was the club vice-president and then a president for two terms in the San Diego Ad Club.
At present, Geary Interactive has grown into one of the nation's largest independent digital marketing agencies. This is so because of Roell's strategic vision and leadership. But before this was so, an awful lot of hard work and dedication was put into it. Roell cofounded Geary Interactive in 2000 and has now built a successful enterprise with 50 employees, specializing in site design, online media planning and buying, search engine marketing, data analytics, and e-mail marketing.
Roell, even without the company attached to his name has also been recognized including being voted as one of San Diegos Top Businessmen under 40 and as San Diegos Most Admired CEOs. It is sufficient to say that Roell is indeed a great leader. Proof of this is the growth of the company. Geary Interactive expanded into what is now known as Geary Group in 2010. At present, Geary Group is comprised of Geary Interactive, a full service digital marketing agency; MatrixMT, a premium SEO services company; and Geary PMG, an elite lead generation firm. Together they afford performance driven clients the perfect marketing solution. Suffice to say that Roell is an exceptional leader. In fact, he is responsible for the companys long term corporate strategy and it was under his leadership Geary Group has established itself as one of the nations largest independent digital marketing service providers.
A native of Karlsruhe, Germany, Andreas Roell was already a professional soccer player when he was recruited by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas to play for the college soccer team called Rebels. While there, he took up his Bachelor's in International Business and then he proceeded to take up his Master's in Business Admninistration in the University of San Diego to which he graduated cum laude. He has decided to settle down in San Diego, California.
When it comes to recognitions and awards, Roell has no shortage of that. He was actually voted as one of San Diegos Top Businessmen Under 40. But perhaps his proudest moment to date was Geary being recognized as one of the top-ranking, fastest-growing private companies in the nation.
