Remedy #1:

Start making notes of your out of control temper events. Note the time, where it happened, what you were doing, who was present, and even what you had eaten prior to the outburst. What you want to determine is, if there is a pattern. If after a week of doing this, you discover that most of your anger management problems are occurring in the workplace, then it may be an indicator that something in bothering you, when in this atmosphere.

Remedy #2:

Observe the warning signs that an outburst is pending. If you pay attention to what your body is telling you, then you will learn very quickly how to judge what is happening. If you can learn to realize that you temper is becoming rattled, then it gives you time to remove yourself from the circumstance, that is triggering the anger event.

Remedy #3:

Anger management problems are embarrassing both when you are going through an episode of anger, then afterwards when you have to face the people that it occurred around again. In addition to this, it is hard to accept you have a problem. If you can find someone that you trust, and is close to you, then ask them to help you with this. They will be able to see signs of aggravation in you perhaps faster than you can. If they can give you indications that you are about to enter into an angered state, it will give you a chance to gain your composure.

Remedy #4:
