At this stage I also feel that it is important not only ton consider the operability needs that you have as someone letting a property but also what the tenant's needs are.

* Setting expectation levels in regards to maintenance and repairs
* Confirming pet permissions
Again, the above should not be considered as an exhaustive check-list, moreover a starting point towards happy letting.
