3. As regards the actual safety of the ingredients, obviously the more natural they are the better as they are perfectly compatible with our skin. However there should be a commitment on the part of the company as regards the safety and purity of ingredients and also evidence that GMP practices are being followed and so on. If the company is a signed up member of The Campaign for Safe Cosmetics then that is another guarantee because they only accept those companies whose products are entirely free of the nasty chemicals I have mentioned above.
