Anxiety And Headaches
A thick pal of mine came out of a corporate job she was in. She was paid well and also enjoyed many advantages.
As time passed by she came out of the job. But she had joined with lot of dreams and excitement.
Once we met an evening for dinner and one of my other friends asked why she had left the job. My friend said that she left it because of continuous headaches. I did not basically care about the issue.
Her doctor told her that this was due to the stress caused to the neck or eyes. She visited the doctor as it was continuous and had no sign of relief. This might have originated because she must have sat in a wrong posture and looking at the computer for a long time.
She felt it strange as she sat in a place in which she did not spend much time on the computer.
Her headaches just moved away as she got home from work. But it started to show the effects when she was back to work. She felt these headaches more often and she did not even find time in which she was free from the pain.
The only thing that seemed to work was to eventually quit her job. My less than tactful friend pointed out that she must be suffering from, 'Work-itis." She didn't find this humorous. In fact, the entire situation left her humiliated.
My friend was not a patient who regularly suffered from headaches. When I spoke to her personally I came to know that she had some depression problems. My friend and I wanted to know the reason and started to research the problem further.
She told that the problem was her nervousness and she did not want to talk in front of the senior officers. She always made others to speak for her work rather than doing it herself.
Her heart would race, she found it difficult to concentrate and her mind seemed to go blank even when searching for everyday words. She would perspire and even become nauseated. She said it became difficult to move her arms, neck and head because her muscles were so tense.
Dread over having to figure out a way to get out of presenting to her managers in meetings was causing even more anxiety and leading to insomnia. All of this seemed to add to her chronic headaches.
She would have a sign of relief by the weekends. As the new week starts she would again have the same problem and would start having all the symptoms. She felt it really very hard to understand and overcome it.
Talking in front of a crowd is the main reason as of my friend. Anxiety disorder is the term used to mask several mentally related issues.
Others suffer from unrealistic fears or phobias such as fear of tight spaces, fear of public spaces, fear of water, heights, etc.
Still others experience obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). This disorder is characterized by repeated thoughts or bad feelings and repetitive behaviors in an attempt to keep these thoughts at bay.
While my friend suffered many of the symptoms of anxiety disorder, it was the headaches which most affected her.
Depression leads to Stress and it in turn leads to muscle stiffness and finally to severe headaches.
Insomnia also led to the problems and then headaches.
I suggest my program ,if migraine or headaches are your issue. My exercises cured the problems without any medicines. My clients and friends got cured from their headaches on using my all natural Migraine and Headache Relief program.
