Rather, several illnesses that falls under anxiety are referenced under anxiety.
The various differences in between those two attacks tend to be explained below:
The major difference between anxiety attack and panic attack lies in the intensity and longevity of the attack. In case of the former, intensity is lesser when compared to panic disorders. There are many common symptoms between those two types of attack such as dizziness, sweating, increased heart bit rate, irritation etc., but the intensity is actually nowhere near panic attacks when compared to an anxiety attack. Anxiety attacks also last for longer, around 45 minutes generally. At the same period, panic attacks last close to 10 - 15 minutes generally.
Anxiety attacks are often influenced as a result of stressor. Suppose, you are walking down an alley that is dark and does not have any other passerby. Suddenly, you hear a footstep close by and then you can get an anxiety assault. However, panic attacks don't need a stressor to occur. He feels that he is going to die or is having a heart attack, which actually increases driving a car manifold.
With attacks, anticipatory anxiety follows. In case you obtain a panic attack, your mind is always engulfed using the fear of suffering from another soon. People get obsessed using the attack and its effect, rather than thinking over how to treat panic attacks. However, may occur over a particular time period and if cured completely with help of professional, chances are thin that it will come back.
When a person gets a panic disorder at a certain place, he starts avoiding exactly the same place in anytime future. The same does not happen in case of anxiety attack though.
