Whether it is for works or for leisure we depend on computers fully including logging on to the internet for entertainment too. Not only us, computer and internet is equally loved by our children, even depending on it for their school research project works.

The world has always seen that where good resides, there will you find evil too, and so is the online world too. And since our children who are so precious to us are growing up in this world how can we but neglect ensuring internet safety for kids?

You might have done your duties as a good parent but are you sure you have ensured your child's safety in the online world. If the answer is no, it is an alarming situation indeed! Just like many criminals were found to have had a history of very difficult childhood, so is the case in the online world too.

You surely don't want any of these to happen to your kids and will now hopefully take steps to ensure internet safety for kids,safety on the internet for your teens and your children. Unless guided, educated or informed how are children suppose to know that their new online friend is not some person with assumed identity, for on the internet this is very much possible, same is also practiced by online predators. Online or sexual predators will approach kids after identifying them from their online profile, befriending children with assumed identity and will try to extract personal information like address, family details, phone numbers etc from them, which unfortunately many succeed.

This is the reality of the present world in which our children are growing up in. No parents can afford to just sit around doing nothing and regret when it's too late. Nothing can be more important to you than the safety of your children, for they are the future, be it online or offline, their present and future must be protected.

No parents can afford to neglect ensuring internet safety for kids now. Can you imagine yourself of being in the position of having to explain to your kid sometime in the future, having to explain why you neglected ensuring their safety then, having not taken any steps now? I sure cannot imagine neglecting ensuring their safety.
