LPC2131 is based on the ARM7TDMI-S core, single Power supply Supply and Microcontroller

LQFP64 package is based on a real-time simulation and tracking of 16/32 bit ARM7TDMI-S microcontroller based CPU. LPC2131 has two line '550 industry standard asynchronous serial port UART0 and UART1, has the following features: 16-byte send and receive FIFO; register position corresponds to 16C550 industry standard; transceiver trigger point for 1,4,8 and 14 bytes ; built-in baud rate generator; included to enable software flow control. LPC2131 also features two 32-bit programmable timer / counter, all have 4-way match to capture and 4 compare with the output circuit. Timer on the peripheral clock (pclk) cycle count, and optionally generate interrupts or register under the four set match, at a specified time to perform other actions when the value set. It's four capture inputs, for input signal transitions in time to capture the instantaneous value of the timer, and can choose to capture the event generated interrupts [5].
