Hemorrhoids can occur in your body at various times in your life
. It may be from a variety of different factors such as pregnancy, weight lifting, or processed foods but the bottom line that causes hemorrhoids is pressure or tension around your rectum. If you are applying a lot of pressure their then that area will easily form hemorrhoids.
Processed foods will give you hemorrhoids because your body cannot digest them properly. Once it cannot digest them right then you will not be able to eliminate them right which will make you constipated. When you're constipated your are adding a lot of stress and tension in the area with makes it irritated and eventually it will form a hemorrhoid. The same thing is true for pregnancy. When women are pregnant they will often get hemorrhoids because of the pressure there in that lower region of their body.
Weight lifters can get hemorrhoids for have too much strain on their lower back. It is especially common for them to develop a hemorrhoid when doing the dead lift and squat movements with a lot of weights. If it is too strenuous then the body will form a hemorrhoid in the anal region. If you develop hemorrhoids them you basically need to not add any pressure your stress to your rectum and you can make it go away.
It is also important to drink a lot of water so that you can flush you the toxins and bacteria which will help eliminate your hemorrhoids. If you eat a lot of processed foods then you will want to cut back on those and consume only fresh fruits and vegetables.
