For most guys out there, the approach is one of the hardest things for them to get over

. They think about it too much, they hold back and just watch a woman from a distance because they just cannot seem to work up the nerve to walk over to a woman and get her into a conversation. If you are going to turn your dating life around and become the kind of guy that dates a lot of women, then you need to be able to approach women with confidence.

Here are some tips that will help you approach women with confidence and walk away with a date:

1. Your body language can make you or break you.

When approaching a woman, you can be pretty sure that as soon as she sees you walking over to her, a part of her is paying attention to your body language. She will be taking note of how you walk, how you hold yourself, and whether or not you make eye contact with her or if you are the kind of guy that keeps his head down and is shy about making eye contact with her.

2. You need to have an opener that does not seem like you pulled it out of a book.

The last thing that you want to do is to approach a woman and open her with one of those really awful generic openers that make women laugh. Unless you can pull it off as just being a funny thing, this is not going to work to make her feel like she wants to get to know you any more. The more creative that you can be when you open a conversation with a woman, it usually ends up making a much better impression and making it seem less like you are trying to pick her up and more like you are just starting a normal conversation.

3. You need to be able to flirt with her and not come off like you are uneasy or tense.

If you are uneasy and tense when you are flirting with a woman, then you are going to make her feel the same exact way. It's funny how "contagious" this can be, but when a guy approaches a woman and is all awkward and tense, the woman just seems to naturally respond by feeling the same way. And that is not a good thing if you want to end up getting a date with her.
