Have you ever felt like something was holding you back from approaching a woman that

I mean, it's okay to have some nerves about approaching a woman as long as you can still walk up to her and make a good impression. But, if it is keeping you from doing this, then you NEED to be able to get over it as soon as possible.

Here are 3 tips to calm your nerves and quell that approach anxiety:

1. Before you get all worked up, take a deep breath. When the fear gets a little too strong, then your breathing will usually get a little more shallow and shorter. Control your breathing and take DEEP breaths until you feel a little more relaxed. Changing your breathing pattern can help to change your physical state of being, getting rid of that approach anxiety.

2. Don't wait for too long. The longer that you wait, the harder it is going to get. When you wait for too long, it's too easy to let your mind get all worked up and start talking yourself out of even doing anything to get her attention or walk up to her. You need to be less hesitant and jump right in. That way, you don't have to hem and haw or get all worked up.

3. Have a game plan. When you already have a good idea of what you are going to do and say, then it's natural that the fear of approaching women will start to subside. Sometimes the very fact that you do NOT have a game plan in mind is enough to make you have a little fear about approaching a woman.
