Every successful online marketer is successful partly because he can use his strengths and to avoid the usage of the weaknesses as much as possible. The strength identification is one of the key processes for a newbie. It takes time to do, but the personal history will tell it easily.

4. The Purpose Of The Business Plan.

After a newbie has selected his strengths it is time to select the business area and to write the business plan. The idea of the business plan is to select those things, which a newbie will use in all his operations during a long period of time. The important elements are the target groups, the promise and the promotion strategy.

5. Learning By Doing.

It is healthy to think, that the whole learning process is a learning by doing process, which will proceed step by step. It includes several choices. The target is, that the business concept will be as narrow as possible, because only then the newbie can build an expert image and a strong brand to himself.
