Are Head Shocks Harmful?

Anyone who has experienced some of the more severe symptoms of anxiety

, such as head shocks, will tell you that it feels absolutely horrific. I was beside myself the first time it happened to me. I remember it would happen just as I was about to fall asleep, I would be awoken by this horrific shock sensation in my brain, as if my brain was turning on like a light bulb! I was convinced there was something seriously wrong with me. Ofcourse there was nothing wrong with me, I was just anxious.

It is very common for anxiety sufferers to think that there is something medically wrong with them, that something sinister is causing their symptoms. So, in the event that you are one of the sufferers that has had head shocks or any other severe anxiety symptoms, let me tell you the first thing I tell all my clients, and let me be clear. NONE of the anxiety symptoms, whether they be head shocks, dizziness, tension headache, heart palpitations, scary feelings and sensations in general - they are all of them completely and utterly harmless, so try to ignore them.

What you need to understand is that your anxiety is trying to scare you, and it will do all sorts of weird and not so wonderful things to you to try and achieve this. Why do you have anxiety? Why is it trying to scare you? You have anxiety because you have developed anxiety as a subconscious habit. Anxiety is not a disease or illness, it is a behavioural condition which is triggered by the 'amygdala' (the fear centre of the brain) and which you have learnt in the neural pathways in your brain responsible for storing memory, behaviour and habits.

Now, I know this might so like some 'far out' fanciful theory to you, but it is not. This is 100% medical fact. Anxiety is a habit which you have developed because, by allowing certain symptoms to scare you, your anxiety levels rise and the mind rewires itself to adjust to this new 'anxious' state. In other words, your body thinks that being anxious has become the new norm. Don't let your symptoms scare you otherwise your body will react with more anxiety. I know that head shocks feel terrible, but just ignore them, laugh at them and know that you can naturally cure your anxiety using the method I am going to talk about shortly. If you follow this method you will never experience head shocks or any other anxiety symptom again, that I promise you.

Now, the only way cure your anxiety is to learn new non-anxious behaviour. Essentially you have to reprogram yourself. Fact - this is the ONLY way to cure anxiety and everyone who has ever recovered from anxiety has done so by doing this, not because I am a genius and because I say so, but because to remove your anxiety you must remove the subconscious habit. The Linden Method is a 100% guaranteed method of naturally curing anxiety disorder that I have seen work time and time again. Fact - The Linden Method works on everyone, 100% of the time. It will cure your anxiety and you will never experience head shocks again, I promise. Medication helps manage anxiety by masking the symptoms but it cannot cure anxiety. To do that you must follow the Linden Method.
