Are There Angels Among Us? Asks Psychic Elizabeth

Are there angels among us? Do you believe the stories you hear about angels walking the earth

? I personally believe that not only are they among us but they are helping and interceding on our behalf all the time. I have proof of that. I was saved by an angel.

My daughter, who is now in her mid-20s, was a newborn. I was taking her to see my Dad for the first time. I had a six hour drive. I had just crossed the state line into the state where my Dad was at the time. The roads were quite empty. Suddenly, I heard a horn honking to my left. I was in the right lane, sound asleep and running off the road. This state that I was in has some very steep mountains. I was actually heading off the road and straight into mid air. There was quite a drop ahead of us. I was in the gravel part. As I woke up, and swerved back onto the road, I looked over at the car that had honked at me to wake me.

I do not remember seeing a car, let alone the color of anything around me. All I saw was a man. He had these HUGE brown eyes that were staring at me. If I had to interpret what I saw in those eyes, it would be, "Are you okay?!?! Are you awake?!". I was transfixed by these huge brown eyes for a few seconds. It seemed, however, like hours that our eyes were locked. I quickly looked back to the road to make sure I was really on it and glanced down at my sleeping baby. When I looked back up to thank the man, there was no car to my left. I looked in my rearview and saw no car. I looked in my blind spot and saw no car. I could see for probably a mile up and down the road and saw no other cars on the road besides my own car. Are there angels among us? I have no other explanation for that experience. I know there was a car driven by a man with big brown eyes who was honking at me to wake me up. I was probably twenty feet from sure death. There would be no way we could have survived that drop. It was literally thousands of feet down.

I pulled the car to the side of the road and got out. I stood there, looking up and down the road, trying to digest what had just happened to me. Once the confusion and shock wore off, I was hit this with wave of gratitude. I literally fell on my knees and said a prayer of gratitude for our lives. Whenever I am asked, "Are there angels among us?" whether I"m working or just in casual conversation, I always flash back to that man"s eyes. It"s not even a conscious thought. Those eyes just pop into my head. I often wonder how many times we"ve been saved by angels when we don"t even know that it happened. A detour on the road that saves us from crashing or a phone call that comes just as we"re walking out the door could be divine intervention. Are there angels among us? Absolutely! I have no doubt.
