Almost all of us have allergies of some sort or another and if they are causing you to be depressed
, it is well worth looking into anything that may be able to get rid of it. Perhaps it is a matter of abstaining from that item or it may be as serious as you moving in order to overcome some of the allergies in the environment around you. Regardless of what you have to do, however, being free from depression is going to make any effort that you have to put into it well worth it.
