Are You Dying To Talk To Your Ex? Here Are Some Effective Tricks To Make Them Call You Back

So he's been avoiding you after you've forwarded a minimum of ten non-essential emails

and left tons of messages on his machine asking him to call you back. While others would surely get the message, you don't. You think he's just busy with work and all.

Ok, get a grip and tie yourself on the chair and don't call him again for the next month or so. You're doing more harm than good acting like you've just discovered the telephone. Use these tips to make your ex return your phone calls:

oKeep your compulsion in check: By the simple trick of walking away every time you're tempted to dial his number. Yet this might seem hard to do especially if he has not been showing the same enthusiasm you have, it must be done. Isolation from each other is essential after the break-up. Have you heard of soul-searching? Your absence might make him miss you more.

o Fake an illness: Hearing news about an ex being seriously ill after some time of not hearing anything about you would surely catch his attention. If possible, heighten his curiosity by not stating the illness at all. And when he decides to call you, appear really sick and invent a sickness that he has not heard of but one that actually exist. Otherwise, the whole brouhaha would only backfire at you.

oHave a Purpose: Calling him for no reason at all is a huge turn off. If you can't help but call him, at least have a purpose. Throw a party and invite him. Put up a business and ask him for advice. Any reasons but make sure it does not resemble pity.

o Arouse His Curiosity: Create a buzz. Something that would catch his attention. For example, you might want to spread the news that you'd be the cover of a certain men's magazine or that you're dating a celebrity. Something totally interesting.

oUse Your knowledge: You know what your ex likes, and you know what your ex hates, so use this to benefit you! Don't do what your ex hates, but start doing what he/she absolutely loves. This will easily draw your ex in to want to call you back or be around you in the first place. You can also tease your ex based on what you know, so that way he/she feels like you are fresh and fun once again, rather than always bothering your ex about the past and the present.

o Make something exciting happen: Tell your ex that something great has happened, but don't say what it is. Go out and do a bunch of fun things in the mean time, so that you actually have exciting things to talk about in the first place.
