People do not have to throw out the TV, or throw out books not related to their business, or shun their friends. But in order to grow a business, one has to devote time. One has to learn to sacrifice herself for the growth of the company.

This is true today. The person with a large email list can make money with one email message recommending or reviewing an affiliate product.
