Okay, maybe no one is quite that good, but we all know people like Bob. These people are highly motivated and know how to work smart. They are relentless in their pursuit of excellence. They also demand the best from themselves and those around them. They are the movers and shakers of any organization.How can you get these people in your business? Have a business that challenges them. Motivated, accomplished people want to work with businesses that offer them and opportunity to do what they do best. If your business does not have open communication for suggestions and ideas, does not encourage people to take on large tasks, and is generally set in how they do things, impossible people will quickly leave (if they become involved at all). Business that are constantly changing, that are always looking ahead, and that thrive on innovation and challenge will attract impossible people.Are you, yourself, impossible?
